Polypropylene (PP) Sheet, commonly referred to as Corrugated plastic Sheet, is the most commonly used material for the fabrication of custom size dunnage as transit boxes, dunnage divisions, stacking layers, etc. It is also commonly used in fabricating sleeves. It can be quickly and economically slit, scored, die cut, sonic welded, glued, heat weld and printed on. It is available in a variety of gauges, colors and density to suit your requirements.
The materials used are either solid plastic sheets or different types of multilayer sheets such as corrugated plastic or the honeycomb plastic material called Bubble Guard.
Qualities range from 1.8 mm 250 gr/m2 to 11.0 mm 4000 gr/m2.
If A-surface protection is required, there are many types of laminating applications available on, from textile through to PP based Spun materials.
Depending on how much weight the sheet have to support you can choose between solid, corrugated plastic or Bubble Guard sheets for wanted strenght, weight and thickness.
